Acqumen’s founder helped Automatos, Inc., a Brazilian management service provider, develop and refine their product strategy.
Acqumen created a business plan and financial projections for Technisys, S.A., an Argentine software vendor, guided them on their financing alternatives and improved the organization’s structure preparing Technisys for global expansion and their first round of professional financing.   Technisys now generates over 50% of their revenues overseas with offices in Spain, the United States and Costa Rica.
Acqumen worked with College Coach, LLC, a college consulting service, extensively on their valuation analysis in preparation for their successful first round of venture financing.  College Coach was since acquired by Bright Horizons Family Solutions LLC.
Clark Realty Capital, LLC, the multifamily real estate investment division of Clark Enterprises, Inc., a $2 billion construction and investment firm, temporarily outsourced the analytical and support activities for their Boston office to Acqumen, economically improving quality and efficiency.
Acqumen created pi’s Techologies, Inc., a software maintenance provider, offering memorandum and provided various introductions during their search for venture financing.
